I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the rooms were clean and spacious with lovely balconies, they were quite dated and needed some refurbishing. The location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Unfortunately, the dining options for breakfast were a letdown, and the service wasn't as attentive as I hoped, especially considering the price. Overall, I found some positives, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Hibiscus Resort offers a lovely and clean atmosphere with great pools and a convenient location near the beach and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally helpful, organizing airport shuttles and tour bookings for us. However, the breakfast could use improvement as it felt a bit lackluster after a few tries. Overall, it's a relaxing spot perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family vacation.

Our stay at the so-called resort fell short of expectations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and eateries, but the rooms were in need of significant refurbishment and the service was lacking, especially when it came to basic amenities. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it really feels more like a tired motel than the resort I hoped for.

Rooms

The room we stayed in was quite dark and felt damp, with minimal internal facilities. It was clean but very dated and not the comfortable haven we were hoping for.
Service

Service was friendly when available, but lack of basic supplies like towels and cleaning service was frustrating. I was also surprised by the extra charges for basic items.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. The balcony's view of the pool was delightful, and the staff were eager to help with anything we needed. However, I wish the pillows were a bit firmer and the beds more comfortable. Overall, it's a solid choice for families and couples, despite some minor issues with bedding.

My stay at the Hibiscus was a mix of highs and lows. While the location was absolutely fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach and local eateries, the condition of the rooms left something to be desired. I had a lovely view from my upgraded room, but it was quite dated. The pools were nice, but the breakfast was a letdown. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its issues.

Rooms

The room I moved to had a lovely view of the pool, but the furnishings were outdated and in need of maintenance. Also, the bed was two singles pushed together which was uncomfortable.

Location

The location couldn't be better-within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants, providing a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.
Dining

Breakfast was quite underwhelming, lacking in variety and flavor.
Facilities
